Queensland Police Service Hiring for Administration Officer Full Time

Your Key Accountabilities will include:
Provide administrative support to managers within Forensic Service Group including data entry, as well as the preparation of s associated with the management of the various disciplines within forensic services.

Assist as required in managing, auditing, disposal and destruction of exhibits and associated forms in accordance with legislative requirements, forensic procedures and QPS policies and guidelines.

Assist in the management of the quality assurance program for Forensic Services, including performance of quality assurance reviews of case work and preparation of documentation for audits.

Contribute to the development, implementation and review of systems, policies and procedures which support the provision of forensic services, including proficiency testing and accreditation.

Assist with processing requests for services from clients, including other Government Agencies and members of the public.

Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders and clients.

Work in a multidisciplinary team environment and/or work unsupervised, including setting priorities and monitoring worklists to deliver a timely and quality service.
