About the Role

• Ensure work practices comply with the requirements of the Work Health and Safety Act, related legislative requirements and the Institute’s WH&S policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and progress research projects from concept to necessary HREC and governance applications and co-ordinate junior researchers and supervisors.
• Highly developed communication skills (verbal and written), and proven ability communicate with clinical subjects, other staff and external agencies about research related matters including informed consent discussions.
• Collect detailed clinical data and enter data into dedicated software packages with a high degree of accuracy.
• Manage large research data sets and prepare relevant reports to a professional standard
