Further duties include:

• Monitor and report on work package activities against agreed criteria.
• Support risk and issue identification, assessment and mitigation activities by ensuring risks and issues are documented, reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
• Maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, facilitate effective communications and fosters relationships through lessons learned, feedback mechanisms and management of expectations.
• Perform administrative functions and other duties as directed by the Project Manager/Supervisor.

Are you right for this role?

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving Knowledge of or an ability to learn the IM/ICT project life cycle and an ability to assist in the delivery of work packages.
• Ability to learn appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools (preferably PRINCE2).
• Proven oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work in a team environment developing effective relationships with stakeholders. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
