About the Role

• Provide advanced technical expertise for the analysis, design, planning and delivery of applications, database, and reporting projects to ensure continued efficient operation of all QCCAT applications.
• Consult and liaise extensively with QCCAT team members to clarify business requirements and make recommendations on how to develop system enhancements to meet client needs.
• Undertake a lead role in managing tasks associated with system enhancements and developments that involve other team members.
• Organise, develop, and maintain all required documentation, including design documents, technical and system specifications, and test plans.
• Support the team environment by pro-actively sharing knowledge with colleagues of the design, development, implementation, and on-going support of information systems for QCCAT and its client groups.
