Queensland Health Hiring for Pharmacy Assistant, Pharmacy Services Job at Queensland Full Time

A unique and exciting opportunity exists for the Pharmacy Assistant to provide the patients of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service with best practice pharmaceutical care in accordance with their needs and the policies and priorities of the Health Service.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Demonstrated strong communication skills within the health care team and with patients and clients.
• Participate in the quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of Pharmacy services within the local service area.
• Participate in the Pharmacy Assistant Education programme and to assist the Clinical Educator (Pharmacy) to formulate a plan for any needed education and training.
• Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and ethical behaviour.

Remuneration value up to $73 721 p.a., comprising salary between $2355.90 – $2476.60 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (CA3) (temporary positions available for up to 12 months).
