As an Administration Officer you will provide customer service and carry out a wide range of administrative functions to support Biomedical Technology Services operations. The successful candidate will undertake a range of client service and administrative duties while balancing work priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

What we are looking for:

• Proven ability to undertake a range of client service and administrative duties while balancing work priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a changing workplace.
• Proven competence, efficiency and attention to detail in the use of computers and contemporary software packages, including keyboard skills, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Proven ability to communicate and liaise effectively with internal and external clients, including the ability to respond effectively to enquiries either in person, by telephone, or through written correspondence.
• A commitment to continuous quality improvement.
