It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19.Whilst not mandatory, a relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification in ICT is highly desirable.Whilst not mandatory, three (3) years of experience working within a large, complex enterprise ICT environment and experience with and/or knowledge of software/system quality assurance practices, tools and techniques is also highly desirable.

We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

Demonstrated experience in leading, guiding and monitoring the design, implementation, analysis and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites for ICT solutions; including the proven ability to promote and provide advice on the use of appropriate testing strategies, methodologies, techniques and tools.Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to develop, implement and review quality assurance processes to ensure the ICT solutions implemented meet business objectives, operational requirements and organisational priorities.Proven high level experience in managing, directing and coordinating internal and external testing resources within a diverse, complex organisational environment, specifically in relation to successful project delivery and achieving quality outcomes.Demonstrated experience in accurately estimating quality assurance efforts for ICT projects and developing effective test strategies and test plans to achieve the required quality standards within the desired timeframes and budget parameters.Highly developed skills in negotiation, consultation and communication (written and verbal), with the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in an environment of change.Demonstrated commitment to implement practices which promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity and occupational health and safety.
