About the Role

• Manage and co-ordinate a broad range of allocated human resource activities in support of clients across the Health Service, at both management and individual employee level, including but not limited to training, coaching, advising and case management.
• Contribute to Organisational Development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, to provide high quality industrial/workforce advisory service and advice to staff at all levels.
• Research, develop and implement management plans and workforce strategies in consultation with approved stakeholders, under the direction of the HR Manager.
• Prepare complex quality correspondence, including Union responses, discipline letters, briefing notes and ministerial responses. All correspondence must comply with clearance and approval as outlined in the HR Delegations Policy
