About the Role

To support the delivery of a client focused recruitment service in accordance with Metro South Health policies, procedures and guidelines.

• Assist in the management of recruitment and selection processes including processing of requests to fill, development of advertisements in line with corporate advertising procedures and processing of confidential candidate correspondence including pre-employment checks.
• Assist the recruitment services team and Hiring Managers when required with shortlisting, phone screening and referee reports.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Directives, Metro South Health policies, processes and procedures relating to recruitment practices.
• Source appropriate appointment compliance data and information, complete data entry into relevant systems and maintain systems integrity.
• Gather and source information for analysis, complete analysis and produce reports as requested.
