Queensland Government Hiring for Program Director at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Full Time


The Public Sector Commission (PSC) is seeking a Program Director for a 12 month temporary appointment to deliver a transformative piece of work for the Complaints Clearinghouse Governance Unit.

Your Opportunity

As the Program Director, Complaints Clearinghouse Governance Unit you will play a key role in leading a small team to deliver on the Queensland Complaints Clearinghouse Governance Project.

Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • leading key deliverables and driving program outcomes through efficiency
  • representing the Queensland public sector through consultation and engagement of stakeholders internal and external to government
  • ensure best practice project methodologies in line with Queensland Government policies and processes
  • drive team collaboration and motivation through strong leadership and communication

You Will Have

  • strong stakeholder relationships including engagement and management skills
  • experience in leadership of multi-faceted teams
  • exceptional strategic program delivery experience including expertise in ICT technologies
  • high level organisation and time management capabilities
  • highly developed communication skills
