About the Role: You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

• Contribute to the effective and efficient provision of corporate services to a school by managing the area of human resources in relation to supply and contract teaching placements.
• Assist the College Deputy Principal with the daily task of organising supply teacher data.
• Coordinate the induction and training of college staff in conjunction with the Business Services Manager and/or the school principal.
• Assist in identifying workforce needs, including tracking staff data, specifically replacement and non-replacement staff.
• Process and monitor staff leave and management of replacement staff.
• Assist with data in relation to timetabling and subject changes.
• Monitor compliance training for college staff.
• Consult or liaise appropriately with other departmental officers and community representatives to ensure that corporate services provided to the school meet legislative, policy and procedural requirements.
• Interpret department and school policies in accord with advice from departmental officers.

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
