This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and the effective delivery of support activities within the Review and Appeals Units of Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Services and other Units located at 347 Ann Street.
Key responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing professional and efficient business support services.- Communicate with a broad range of stakeholders in relation to the functions and services of the review and appeals unit, both in writing and verbally over the phone on our 1300 number.- Coordinate, manage and prioritise all incoming correspondence, via email and regular mail, while maintaining a high level of accuracy when scanning and processing the records.- Work electronically to accurately create, record and maintain Review and Appeals files in the e-file management system (TRIM/HPRM) and central databases (QI).- Participate in business project teams to continually seek improvements to the way work is performed to support and maintain the business.- Manage and co-ordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Review and Appeals Unit, relevant stakeholders and other Units located at 347 Ann Street.- Manage the procurement of stationary resources and supplies for 347 Ann Street.- Manage and coordinate the booking and maintenance of meeting rooms and facilities at 347 Ann Street.- Attend meetings and effectively record key information and complete any actions as required. – Process the finance and accounting transactions for the Review and Appeals Group to ensure compliance with OIR financial processes.
