Further duties include:

• Organise all administrative aspects of the office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments.
• Provide financial administrative support by undertaking activities associated with procurement, budgeting, asset management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and systems application.
• Provide human resource support by undertaking activities such as maintaining establishment, providing basic HR advice, and applying legislation.
• Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring and reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement.
• Provide efficient and effective support by maintaining efficient records management and information management systems.

Are you right for this role?This is an entry level position and tasks and skills to be successful in the role can be taught on the job. Previous experience in completion of these tasks would be advantageous but not essential. You will need to display your experience working with software packages such as MS Office & Outlook. We are looking for candidates with well-developed oral and written communication skills who can function well in dynamic team environments.
