Queensland Corrective Services Hiring for Advisor Talent Acquisition Job at Brisbane Full Time

• Provide ongoing candidate management with an aim to attracting appropriate talent for QCS operational positions.
• Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries, including liaising with external providers.
• Identify potential risks and conflicts and inform management.
• Review and analyse applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.
• Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and relevant stakeholders.
• Undertake recruitment activities/checks to ensure applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development, review and implementation of recruitment policy and practices, including reporting.
• Provide highly professional customer focused services to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and administer systems and processes that ensure the integrity of HR information whilst ensuring confidentiality
