Queensland Corrective Services Hiring for Advisor Talent Acquisition Job at Brisbane Full Time
- Provide ongoing candidate management with an aim to attracting appropriate talent for QCS operational positions.
- Act as the point of contact for the resolution of applicant queries, including liaising with external providers.
- Identify potential risks and conflicts and inform management.
- Review and analyse applications and draft correspondence to applicants as required.
- Develop and deliver relevant training to HR practitioners and relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake recruitment activities/checks to ensure applicants are eligible for appointment in accordance with legislative requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, review and implementation of recruitment policy and practices, including reporting.
- Provide highly professional customer focused services to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and administer systems and processes that ensure the integrity of HR information whilst ensuring confidentiality
