Queen King Dental Hiring for Dental Receptionist at Hamilton, ON Full Time
Queen King Dental is looking to hire another Dental Receptionist who will enter patient information onto our data system, answer patients’ questions, and arrange referrals to other dental specialists. You should also be able to prepare billing statements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Very passionate, highly motivated individual with excellent communications skills.
Well-versed in Dentrix Dental software, forward-thinking, problem-solving, able to work under pressure with little to no supervision, scheduling appointments, and a full understanding of dental insurance.
A pleasant meet and greet personality and great communication skills with clients are a must-have.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous.
Proven experience working in a dental office.
Sound knowledge of dental terminology.
Knowledge of Zoom whitening is an asset.
