QPRC is recruiting for a Trainee, Human Resources which includes undertaking studies in Certificate IV Human Resources along with valuable industry experience to prepare you for the exciting field of human resources. Human resources is a profession that consistently ranks as one of the fastest growing fields in Australia with strong future growth opportunities forecasted.
Position Overview: The successful applicant will have first-hand experience and involvement with core human resource functions including recruitment, work health and safety, employee development and payroll. Complementary studies in a Certificate IV Human Resources will support your learning and understanding of these functions.
