What your role will look like:

We are looking for a casual Recruiter to assist with the end-to-end recruitment across our Central Qld Mining sites.

Role Location: Mackay

Type: 6 Month Contract

• Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing, screening to making expert recommendations on suitable candidates
• Management of our applicants and efficiently follow up on all leads by liaising with candidates
• Ensure candidate selection is against job criteria and specific role requirements.
• Proactively work with key managers so you are aware of future hiring requirements

• Ability to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change as priorities require
