This permanent full time entry level position allows for you to grow in a supportive team environment with space for advancement within the team. Role Location: St Peters, NSW

Salary: $45,000 base salary

Role Type: Full Time, Monday to Friday

• Assist in ensuring that all invoices are processed in PeopleSoft against Purchase Requisitions
• Exercise accurate data entry
• Assist with the processing of invoices including arranging authorisation for payment
• Liaise with the Purchasing team and with creditors to resolve issues
• Undertake statement reconciliations
• Assist in processing and recording invoices for payments
• Experience in other parts of the finance function may occur over time
• Assist other team members as required
