About the role

The primary purpose of the Administration Officer is to maintain the day-today running of our accounts department & provide support administration to current finance staff as well as undertaking duties as directed by the Finance and Management Team.

What your role at Qube will look like:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Simple payroll and HR administration
• General administration duties
• Raising purchase orders
• Raising sales invoices in accordance with contract specifications
• Communicating with external clients and internal staff re sales invoices
• Responding to accounts enquiries both internally and externally
• Processing supplier Invoices
• Provide assistance with month end tasks
• Assist with Fleet administration

What you can bring to Qube:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
• Advanced level of computer literacy with in-house Accounting packages and MS Office products
• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
• High organisational and attention to detail skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
• Ability to work well within a small team environment
