Quasar Tech Inc Hiring for Customer Service Representative (Part-time) at Remote Full Time

NetJOI, a new telecommunications provider, will commence operations in late November. We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will initially begin as part-time/freelance, but as our operation grows, the role will transition into a full-time position.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently and have a strong sense of urgency when following company procedures to solve customer related issues and manage customer information. The successful candidate is experienced in business administration, possess excellent communication skills and have a mindset of perfect customer delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant and helpful attitude when communicating to customers.
• Understand the company’s products and services and know how to answer questions about them.
• Use good oral and written communication skills.
• Able to rekey web data into app/forms and complete necessary steps/process to provide service to customer.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Have basic knowledge of the telecommunication industry.
• Understand what the company does and how it does it.
