NetJOI, a new telecommunications provider, will commence operations in late November. We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will initially begin as part-time/freelance, but as our operation grows, the role will transition into a full-time position.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently and have a strong sense of urgency when following company procedures to solve customer related issues and manage customer information. The successful candidate is experienced in business administration, possess excellent communication skills and have a mindset of perfect customer delivery.
