This position will be in our head office, located between St Catharines and Welland.
Position / Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Overview
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for working with suppliers and customers to co-ordinate on-site measuring, cutting and installing of stone in client’s home, prepare files and ensure all paperwork is completed to ensure work is completed on time and first time right.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Represent Quartzco as a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry
· using CRM software to upload all information for individual jobs
· coordinating and communicating dates for on-site measuring at customers home
· following up to ensure measurements were done and uploading to file
· coordinating and communicating install date with customer
· Updating file to ensure invoice is able to be generated
· Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with team members in a concise and logical way
· Proficiency in basic AutoCAD, Excel and CRM software
· Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
· Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
· A go-getter with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
· A dynamic individual with strong influencing skills to work expertly with vendors and employees in a fast-paced work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
