Quantifi is a growing fintech company operating a modern platform for consumer credit applications – Credit App. Billions of credit applications are securely managed across the software platform for more than 125,000 consumers to transparently access affordable forms of credit. Lenders utilize our software solutions to simplify and streamline their online and retail credit applications improving their credit underwriting processes.

Position Summary*
Quantifi is seeking a customer forward, hands on individual to join our Customer Success team in the Calgary office! The Customer Success team works to onboard, educate and assist our customers with applications for credit, predominantly ensuring the authentication of their account information on the Credit App Platform.

You will need to be patient and able to problem solve on the fly. A person succeeding in this role will be a motivated self-starter with excellent teamwork skills and the willingness to get involved in multiple aspects of the business.

You will be an integral part of the team by delivering the highest quality service to our customers. This includes troubleshooting client account information via income authentication provider, Flinks. Demonstrating attention to detail, time-management, accountability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be required.

Responsibilities*

• Handle inquiries
• Communicate directly with customers, helping them to troubleshoot issues and educate them about the platform
• Become a platform specialist
• Assist in developing strategies to optimize customer engagement and authentication
• Work internally with Dealer Relations Analysts (Client Service Managers)
• Deliver and exceeding group KPI targets.

Qualifications*

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field, is an asset but not a requirement
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and work ethic
• Self-motivated, strong willed, competitive, and driven
• Experience and/or exposure to data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau etc.) and/or software development is considered an asset
• Able to build relationships and quickly develop trust with customers and partners
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong listening and proven negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify problems and provide solutions
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
