Quality Transportation Services (NB) Inc. is Looking for Transportation Coordinator Full Time

Job Location: Woodstock, New Brunswick

Quality Transportation is looking for a highly motivated Transportation Co-ordinator to support our operations and sales team with the daily scheduling & planning of our fleet of trucks.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to problem solve, multi-task, make decisions, prioritize and cope with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The candidate will also require the ability to work well with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and planning of loads for our owner-operators and company drivers
• Communicating shipment details with customers
• Assist with US border crossing requirements
• Be able to develop strong relationships with our owner-operators and company drivers
• Work closely with operations and sales to ensure the efficient flow of information

Qualifications:

• A proven record of success in prior roles
• Prior experience in transportation industry considered an asset
• Familiarity with operational software and Microsoft Office

Quality Transportation offers an attractive compensation and benefits structure with salary being based on experience.
