Quality Staffing, Inc., a leading full-service employment agency matching qualified talent with some of the area’s top companies, is looking to add to our team of Recruiting Associates. We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter that is ready to learn and grow within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with recruiting new employees for a variety of clients within the Greater Dalton area.
- Daily Communication with clients for both information collection as well as relationship building calls
- Onboarding/Orientation process utilizing multiple platforms, computer process, etc.
- Assist with managing our Social Media accounts
- Post job posting on social media and other job boards such as Indeed and Zip Recruiter
- Maintain and submit weekly s that are provided from mgmt. in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting to solve issues with employees hiring processes and work with mgmt. to resolve
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Staffing Agency or in an HR department with specialized skills in recruiting/orientation processes is a plus but not required
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations is a plus
- Ideal candidates will be self-starters with high octane energy that is able to work with minimal supervision.
- Multi-tasking abilities is a must in this position
- Organizational Skills
- Industrial Recruiting is a plus

$14.00 – $17.00
