Due to expansion, QS Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join the Leicester team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job:

RECRUITMENT:
  • Proactively source new candidates using a variety of different methods.
  • Manage applications, ensuring that they comply with legislative guidelines.
  • Identify and maximise work opportunities for applicants.

CLIENTS:
  • Create, develop, and maintain relationships with a variety of clients,
  • Secure new business through varying sales techniques

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
  • Develop strong relationships with all clients
  • Provide unrivalled levels of customer service.
  • Communicate with customers regularly – creating staffing solutions, advising on market trends, troubleshooting, and discussing future requirements.
You will be based in the office Monday to Friday, but you will also be required to take part in the on-call rota, a service that strengthens our position in that market as a leader in customer service.

THE PERSON:
Entering the industry as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is an excellent way to learn in a supportive working environment, but what skills and attributes do you need?
  • An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • A drive to overcome challenges and problem solve.
  • A genuine desire to succeed and develop your career.
  • A team player attitude.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience in a sales environment would be advantageous.
  • Educated ideally to degree level.
  • A driving licence and access to transport.
