Quality Service and Repair LLC Hiring for Client Success Specialist at Remote Full Time

QSR is a residential maintenance company that services property management companies in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Success Specialist to join our team. As a Client Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive excellent service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and you will work closely with our internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure clients are satisfied with our services and are achieving their desired outcomes
• Acquire new clients on a weekly basis
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address client needs
• Manage and track client performance metrics
• Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed about their account status
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and feedback

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, and or client acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
