Quality Personnel Services Limited Hiring for Fleet Executive at Woolstone Full Time

Our world renowned Automotive client, based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Temporary Fleet Executive to support the management teams with the development and maintaining of all fleet processes associated with Mobility Services.

The successful Fleet Executive will manage the daily administration tasks to ensure the smooth and easy running of the fleet.

The Role:

• Manage the loading and defleeting of daily rental vans into the rental system for location use.
• Assist managers in loading vehicles on a monthy basis into the rental system, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy is applied at all times.
• Manage and complete the monthly fleet location audit procedure for rental locations.
• Manage the Fleet mailboxes, ensuring timely, co-operative responses in a professional manner.

The Successful Candidate:

• Rental experience within the automotive industry is essential.
• Fleet management experience within the automotive industry is essential.
• Experience of de-fleet management and producing management information.
• Good vehicle brand knowledge and features.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.

This Temporary role currently has the end date of 31st December – but is likely to extend into 2024.
