Growing construction services company currently seeking a Payroll Processor/Bookkeeper to join our team. Responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• General Ledger Reconciliation
• Create job costing reports
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Basic office administrative duties

Qualifications

• Strong QuickBooks knowledge
• Formal small business accounting training and/or experience
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
