Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Quality Controller to ensure that our products meet the required standards of quality and safety. This position is based in Delhi and is suitable for males with 2 to 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably with an . Electronics certification.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Inspect Products**: Conduct regular inspections of products during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
2. **Quality Testing**: Perform various tests and assessments to check the durability, functionality, and safety of products.
3. **Document Findings**: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken. Report any quality issues to management promptly.
4. **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality-related concerns and implement improvements.
5. **Training and Guidance**: Provide training to new staff in quality control processes and assist in developing quality procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of quality control processes and methodologies is essential. Good communication skills are important for effectively coordinating with other departments. The candidate should be comfortable using quality testing equipment and software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement is expected to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently achieved.
