Quality & Company is a 4- to 5- star hospitality furniture manufacturer located in Vaughan, Ontario. We are a large and growing business looking to build our team. The data entry role, is a great opportunity for those looking for part-time work with an opportunity to transition into full-time in the near future. The applicant must have the ability to work within the 9am to 5pm window from Monday to Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders when received by customers.
• Place documentation and pdfs into correct shared drives and folders.
• Input information from purchase orders and change orders into ERP software.
• Create labels and folders for orders and distribute to departments.
• Update all shared drives, folders, and ERP system modules when change orders are requested.
• Conduct file management in an organized and meticulous manner.

Skills and Experience

• Strong computer skills are a requirement.
• MS Office Suite experience is a requirement.
• Detail oriented and willing to learn.
• Willingness to forward think and contribute to improving processing.
• Work independently in an organized way.
• Handle confidential information and data safely and securely.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Post Secondary School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is a requirement.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
