What does the LOB do:
Work on multiple levels of projects for the pre-signon portion of the site. Focus is on content testing, functionality, graphics and layout.
High-Impact Rebranding: Contribute to a large-scale 200+ page digital rebrand for the Bank, delivering work visible to millions of customers.
Job Summary:
As a Senior QA Analyst, you will support the QA team to coordinate and execute on QA and build activities for digital platforms to ensure they are completed accurately and on time. You will support the team in meeting client expectations and SLAs, and adhere to the bank defined standards and compliance rules, including Accessibility. You will also provide analysis to our cross-disciplinary team to ensure initiatives are properly resourced by QA.
Must Have Requirement:
- 2-3 QA Experience – Manual Testing
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- 1+ year experience with Accessibility – NVDA
Nice to Have:
- AEM
- Headless CMS Experience
