Qualified Staffing Hiring for Recruiting Compliance Assistant (JK) at Mount Crawford, VA Full Time

Do you consider yourself a critical thinker? Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently searching for a Recruiting Compliance Assistant for one of the nation’s largest mail contractors! This position will be a Monday-Friday position and pay will start at $18/hour.

Duties:

• Prepare DOT/Driver on-boarding packets

• Complete incoming employment verification

• Perform data entry in various company software programs

• Perform daily monitoring of Driver Logs for compliance and identify discrepancies/errors.

• Train drivers found to be in violation.

• Maintain training records.

• Monitor, counsel, discipline, and document driver violations

• Pre-screen driver applicants for basic qualification

• Participate in staff meeting

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• One-year DOT transportation, trucking, and driver qualification file experience

• Accounting/Auditing experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Word amp; Excel

• Demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize amp; meet deadlines
