Qualified Staffing Hiring for Assembly Operator st Shift (KR) at Novi, MI Full Time

1st, 2nd, and Swing shift positions open and available for immediate placement!

Assembly positions at Tier #1 Automotive Supplier located in Novi. These are full-time, permanent positions with room for advancement. In this position you will be assembling transmissions with hand-tools in an air conditioned clean-room. You even get to wear a lab coat. No experience necessary, training provided!

• Responsible for the quality of parts produced, with a goal of ZERO Defects.
• Monitoring material levels in the work area.
• Inspect finished parts per operator instruction sheets and control plans.
• any issues to the Shift Lead.
• Log necessary information into a logbook.
• Keep work area tidy and organized – Pick up parts from the floor.
• Ensure that all safety standards and procedures are followed.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform other tasks, as requested.
