We are seeking an enthusiastic Director to oversee our family-owned child care center whose values, strengths, and experiences align with our unique program. Our Director will lead a team of 30 employees, serve over 100 families, and be responsible for all daily activities. We are looking for a committed individual with a passion for early childhood who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families. Required skills, education, and experience:

• Exceptional leadership, organizational and communication skills

• Strong working knowledge of early childhood center operations
• Leadership and supervisory experience in developing and directing a team of professional staff and mentoring teachers
• Knowledge of MSDE licensing regulations and developmentally appropriate best practices
• Must meet all MSDE requirements for the position
