Quadrint is seeking a Registrar in the St. Louis, MO area.

A Registrar will provide leadership and oversight to all aspects of NGA student enrollment, course and classroom scheduling, and classroom maintenance activities to enable the NGC mission. Serve as the primary liaison between students, instructors, course managers, leadership, and external stakeholders, possessing outstanding interpersonal communications skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.

A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:

• Support registrar and campus operations services including student enrollment, course and classroom scheduling, and classroom maintenance activities. Services include scheduling, administrative and enrollment processing, HRIS/LMS support, analysis of NGC metrics, policy development and governance, operational support to instructors, customer service, and marketing training opportunities to the workforce.
• Support the triage, intake, vetting, analysis, management, and ing of all incoming NGC Learning Service Requests.
• Enroll all students (NGA or non-NGA) in NGC training sessions when the student is unable to enroll through PeopleSoft and the student has email approval from their supervisor to attend the training.
• Provide customer service support to NGC students as required.
• Provide regular updates and maintenance to the NGC schedule, Course Catalog, and Registration information posted on the NGC websites. These updates will be completed in coordination with the HDS Communications and Web teams.
• Support the triage, intake, vetting, analysis, management, and ing of all incoming NGC Learning Service Requests.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records, registrations, course packets for instructors, s for course managers and NGC leadership, and maintenance of course catalogs across multiple networks.

Security Clearance Requirement

Active/current TS/SCI and the ability to obtain/maintain a Polygraph clearance is required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution.
• At least 5+ years’ experience performing customer support with services that include scheduling, administrative and enrollment processing, HRIS/LMS support, analysis of metrics, policy development and governance, operational support to instructors, customer service, and marketing training opportunities to the workforce.
• Outstanding interpersonal communications skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and time management skills.
