In this role, you will be responsible for executing multiple Talent Acquisition (TA) tasks including but not limited to onboarding and orientation responsibilities. You will coordinate and facilitate a valuable and memorable new employee virtual orientation for new hires. You will partner closely with the HR Learning team to ensure all policies and new hire trainings are completed and you will oversee the I-9/E-Verify processes, auditing onboarding steps to ensure Quad’s compliance and minimize risk.
This is a full-time position and will average 40+ hours per week Monday through Friday. The location for this position will be hybrid, remote and onsite occasionally for periodic meetings and as needed at our Sussex, WI corporate headquarters.
Key competency areas for the HR Generalist position:
In addition to the competencies named above, the TA Project Specialist must be able to keep strictly confidential any information that arises during the course of work and exercise good judgement. The requirement for confidentiality applies to information the TA Project Specialist receives about Quad’s programs, policies, processes, etc., during the normal course of duties.
