Entry Level Customer Service Rep/Data Entry

Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep onsite for their location in the Chadds Ford /Glen Mills area. Company offers a great environment, excellent benefits, and shorter hours on Fridays.

The ideal Customer Service Rep must be articulate, outgoing, and professional, with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and a strong customer service orientation. Medical field industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service
• Answering phones and making calls to providers and members
• Utilizing Excel to track submissions
• Data entry of delivery and shipping information
• Creating new accounts in electronic file system
• Scanning files
• Assist patients with schedules and confirms insurance information

Requirements

• MS Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel, Word and MS
• Previous experience in medical office role is a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent presentation, with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment (both independently as well as on a team)
• Strong attention to detail
• Degree preferred
