The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our newly forming Talent Acquisition team, to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies across our UK, US and EMEA operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, advising on effective recruitment strategy, market conditions and helping them to make the best hiring decisions.
Roles like this don’t come up too often – we are building the organisation’s first Talent Acquisition team, putting in place recruitment best practice as well as working on initiatives like developing our EVP and employer branding.

You’ll have previous experience working in an end-to-end Talent Acquisition role, ideally within an international organisation, combined with excellent sourcing capability and experience of utilising a variety of tools, platforms, and networks.
You are curious and creative, staying up to date with recruitment industry trends and looking for ways to explore and try new approaches. You are excited by providing a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience and will thrive on identifying ways to improve talent acquisition delivery.
