(QSI) – Quality Systems Integrators is looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the technical field and be able to work independently and as part of a team. This position is based in Minneapolis, MN.

Duties Include:

· Not afraid to pick up the phone and call candidates.

· Ability to sell QSI and the companies we recruit for.

· Able to connect and quickly establish rapport with candidates.

· Negotiation skills (salaries/rates).

· Building relationships and networking.

· Understand the job requirements, efficiently and effectively find the best candidate(s).

· Quickly pick up the use of QSI recruiting tools (Job Boards, Social Media, ATS/CRM, videoconferencing technologies, and Office 365).

· Checking references and asking the right questions.

· Screening candidates’ resumes and reviewing job applications.

· Assisting candidates with meaningful resume edits and creating job postings.

· Facilitating and scheduling interviews.

· Ability to assess an applicant’s knowledge and skills.

Experience: Recruiting: 2 years+

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
