QRC Hiring for HVAC/R Sales Full Time

QRC is looking for an energetic person with friendly personality to join our growing team. We are looking to fill the position of HVAC/R Commercial and Residential Sales Rep to cover the state of NC. HVAC/R experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of commercial and residential HVAC repair, replacement, retrofit and maintenance services.
• Track sales goals and results weekly.
• Manage long term customer relationships/partnerships with new and existing accounts.
• Stay current on new products and technologies in the field.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction.
• Renews service agreements as the cornerstone of managed account relationships.
• Follows sales process and manage relationships and seeking out, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities.
• Obtain and close sales on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings.
• Build quotes and follow up with customers to assist in moving sales/project forward.
• Self-generate commercial service leads.
• Position requires working in a fast-paced sales environment that focuses on driving business.
• Follow sales processes that are required within the job
• Ability to understand HVAC/R industry and the need for our services.
• Comfortability with climbing on ladders, rooftops to look at mechanical units
• Being detail-oriented in order to keep track of clientele and their needs
• Develop and propose changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services which would result in cost reduction or improvement in operations.
• Constantly enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Value and respect relationships
• Being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Build relationships with future clientele within NC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
