Qonkur Media Group Hiring for Account Manager – Marketing Campaigns & Social Media Full Time

Qonkur Media Group is looking for Account Managers to create & maintain long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, manage their social media accounts, and promote/expand these brands to the general public. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Graphic Design, Photo/Video, Motion Graphic/Animation, and Web design departments) to improve the entire customer experience. Since we are Michigan’s biggest cannabis marketing agency, we are looking for someone who can work well under tight deadlines and differentiate brands based on their visual identities. This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software, have a flair for client communication & strategic thinking, and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Execute the creative strategy/goals of each brand according to their Content Calendar.
• Maintain and organize your assigned brand’s Content Calendar.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Schedule & post on behalf of clients on their social media accounts.
• Write engaging copy/captions that fit the tone of voice of your assigned brands.
• Occasional communication with third parties to coordinate ordering merchandise, apparel & packaging.
• Stay up to date with the current state of cannabis culture/legalization in Michigan.
• Schedule & post on behalf of clients for their social media accounts.
• Organize/schedule events and vendor days for assigned clients.

Skills

• Proven work experience (1+ years preferred) as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• Experience in the cannabis industry
• Develop and execute campaigns
