What you would be working on:
- Create a Talent Acquisition strategy and plan for delivery for Qogita.
- To buildout and continually evolve TA systems and processes, ensuring easy to use and impactful selection tools that drive delivery of TA OKRs.
- Ensure Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is at the forefront of Talent at Qogita.
- Evolve and imbed competencies, values and behaviours into Talent processes.
- Support further development and drive the Employer Brand embedding into all of our candidate communications and experience.
- Drive, measure and continually improve good candidate engagement and experience.
- Develop a TA dashboard to drive decision making and strategy.
- Lead the TA team proving development and coaching Support the people team in Talent pools across Qogita.
Who are you?
- A passionate and driven Talent Manager who has done a similar role at the same level previously.
- Demonstrable experience in building Employer Brand and DE&I interventions that move the dial on attracting diverse talent.
- Experience in building tools to help hiring managers choose the right people for our roles. This can be anything from competency frameworks, to ‘question banks’.
- This is a start up and scale out role. You will need a vision of what great looks like, with the pragmatism that builds from the basics.
- A great influence and coach that supports team development and partners with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of maximising ATS to deliver streamlined processes and good candidate experience.
- A seasoned TA professional from a tech startup or fast paced scaling business.
- A data driven approach.
