Job Description :

We’re looking to add a driven, and teachable Talent Acquisition Specialist on our corporate team. We are constantly expanding and starting new offices across the country, and the first step in establishing an office is finding the right Director in that area.

You will be responsible for finding those Directors and will also be their first interview in our hiring process. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements :

• 1+ year a professional experience at any level
• Ability to learn quickly
• Teachable

• Problem Solver

Job Responsibilities :

• Will Travel 25-50% nationally
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting s to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
