Technical Account Manager (Fairfax, VA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing overall technical support to customers and their teams before and after the sales process.
• Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements.
• Assisting customers with product training and advice, including responding to technical customer support issues.
• Provide developers with customers’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
• Assisting sales and marketing with information about product specifications.
• Address all product-related queries on time.
• Helping clients learn about a product’s technical features.
• Liaise with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.
• Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Keep track of sales performance metrics.
• Keeping track of sales performances to identify products that might benefit from new marketing and winning new business.
• Answering product-related queries in a timely manner.
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Sharing information with the sales team to improve promotional efforts.

Requirements and skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Technical account manager
• Solid technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
• Familiarity with software and front-end development
• An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
