The Customer Success Manager Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the linchpin in ensuring our customers’ needs are not just met, but exceeded. Your mission is to guide them through a journey that results in long-lasting success and loyalty.

Here’s How You’ll Be Making An Impact

Driving Adoption: Lead the charge in driving Qlik adoption at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring high satisfaction, maximizing investments, and cultivating customer promoters.

Strategic Account Development: Collaborate with the sales team to shape account strategies, aligning with customer vision and strategies for optimal investment in Qlik products.

Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor to customers, offering thoughtful leadership, challenging stakeholders when necessary, and ensuring continued value from our products and services.

We’re Looking For a Teammate With

• At least three years’ experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar.
• Have an independent mindset with a self-driven attitude, who can work with different sets of teams, bring them together, and lead to successful outcomes
• General knowledge of/experience in the SaaS/Software industry, with the ability to learn about and understand enterprise software products and business solutions;
• Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy, data movement, project management, cloud and SaaS, customer management
• Software development, consulting, and project management experience in Data Integration, Data governance, and Analytics space will be an added advantage.
• Ability to spot new business opportunities in the accounts to drive growth and expansion.
• Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills with a solid ability to work collaboratively across the organisation and quickly obtain positive visibility and credibility at the C-level. Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
• Business level English mandatory
