The Customer Success Manager Role

Driving Adoption: Lead the charge in driving Qlik adoption at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring high satisfaction, maximizing investments, and cultivating customer promoters.
Strategic Account Development: Collaborate with the sales team to shape account strategies, aligning with customer vision and strategies for optimal investment in Qlik products.
Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor to customers, offering thoughtful leadership, challenging stakeholders when necessary, and ensuring continued value from our products and services.
