I am personally excited to welcome applications for a new role within our Talent Acquisition team! Our team is responsible for partnering with key business stakeholders to anticipate, plan for and deliver fit for purpose talent attraction and sourcing strategies.

This new role is unique and will not only manage a small internal portfolio, it will also work to support the broader team with projects, events, campaigns and talent pipelining.

The preferred location for this role is Melbourne but we’re also open to applicants from Brisbane and Adelaide noting that we embrace hybrid working.

Full time work is available but we also welcome applications who are looking for part time (0.8).

In terms of details, in this varied role you will:
Partner with key business stakeholders and our Talent Acquisition team to develop an understanding of business requirements and forecast hiring needs

Use labour market expertise to develop effective sourcing strategies and to create and maintain pipelines of talent for future roles

Deliver successful attraction strategies to satisfy vacancies in your assigned portfolio and deliver and end-to-end service from brief to offer and everything in between

Support advertising/sourcing campaigns and projects for roles across the organisation whilst also supporting the development of talent pipelines (utilising your great sourcing skills!)

Manage our internal employee referral pipeline

Delight both internal and external candidates alike with your engaging and professional approach

As the ideal addition to our team, you’ll present with:
A background in end to end recruitment – internal or agency

Well-developed creative writing skills including an ability to write compelling recruitment advertisements/content

A strong customer service orientation and an ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Outstanding communication and time management skills

A strong team orientation, can-do approach and a passion for candidate experience

You don’t need years of experience. Your passion and drive, underpinned by a solid function in recruitment and natural talent is what we seek.

Not critical but experience with Success Factors or similar applicant tracking systems, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other talent search platforms and/or tertiary level qualifications in HR or a relevant discipline will be highly regarded.

Due to the nature of our work, you’ll need to be eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
