THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an internal recruiter to fill a permanent part-time 3 day per week position with QE Foodstores. The Recruiter is responsible for filling in all vacancies across our 11 retail stores, warehouse and Sydney Markets Café.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, self-driven, who possesses a passion for recruiting and giving candidates the best onboarding experience.

This role offers great flexibility, with the successful employee able to work from home, and the 3 days (24 hours) are able to spread across the week.

The Recruiter is primarily responsible for:

• Building effective relationships with candidates, Area Managers and Store Managers
• Schedule and confirm phone and face to face interviews, as well as feedback sessions
• Coordinate all interviews including online assessments
• Coordinate all trial shifts
• Strategise and improve upon the logistics of our interview and onboarding process, ensuring a highly positive experience for candidates
• Manage all reporting, new hire on-boarding, audits and maintenance of our HR and Recruitment systems
• Prevue or other psychometric test analysis experience
• Ability to “think outside the box” in order to attract the right candidates

WHO YOU ARE

• Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in recruitment (experience working in retail / grocery recruitment will be highly regarded, however not necessary)
• Exceptional telephone manner, with all communication polite, friendly, enthusiastic and professional
• Proven success meeting recruitment needs of company’s
• Experience working with Employment Hero (HR platform) and Martian Logic (Recruitment platform) will be looked upon favourably
• Show initiative and enjoy sharing new ideas
• Not afraid to try new things, while learning from your mistakes
• Hold a permanent residence visa in Australia
