QC Kinetix (South Florida) – Non-surgical regeneration Hiring for Patient Coordinator/Receptionist at Miami, FL Full Time

QC Kinetix is a non-surgical regenerative medicine practice with clinics across the US. Our goal is to help patients with arthritis, sports related injuries and chronic joint pain, without the use of surgery, steroids, or pain meds.

QC Kinetix is excited to announce an opening in our Miami-Dade/South Broward area clinics for a Patient Coordinator/Receptionist.

Our current clinics are located in Pembroke Pines, Doral, and Aventura (North Miami). Each clinic is open only 1 day a week and travel to each clinic is required.

Qualifications:

· Office Manager/Patient Coordinator/Customer service/receptionist experience required

· Ability to speak Spanish is required

· Microsoft office Proficient

· 1 year minimum experience in a related healthcare industry based environment

· Basic computer skills required

· Outgoing, friendly personality

· Ability to stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with cash payment options, non-insurance elective procedures

· Experience using 3rd party financing options such as CareCredit and Greensky

· Ability to interact with staff in a team environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $175.00 – $200.00 per day

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
