QBS is a national leader in behavioral crisis prevention, de-escalation, and management training. We are a mission-led company providing essential services to reduce the frequency and severity of behavioral challenges and violence in the workplace, especially in education and healthcare settings. We are steadily expanding and establishing services throughout North America, training our Safety-Care programs to educational, residential, and programmatic settings serving individuals with challenging behaviors.
Overview of Role
Hiring and retaining talented team members is critical to our success. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our mission-driven growth journey. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full lifecycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions. You will be a dependable resource to our hiring managers and work closely with each department to coordinate interviews and hiring panels. You will be an ambassador of QBS to potential candidates and customers by understanding our mission and demonstrating our values. Regardless of the result, you’ll leave an excellent and professional customer experience at all times.
