Overview of Role

Hiring and retaining talented team members is critical to our success. We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our mission-driven growth journey. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full lifecycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions. You will be a dependable resource to our hiring managers and work closely with each department to coordinate interviews and hiring panels. You will be an ambassador of QBS to potential candidates and customers by understanding our mission and demonstrating our values. Regardless of the result, you’ll leave an excellent and professional customer experience at all times.

Job Duties & Expectations

• Works with hiring managers, panel members, and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring of new team members
• Develops creative sourcing techniques to connect with extraordinary candidates and build the hiring funnel
• Manages all candidate sourcing channels and ad spend
• Conducts screening and preliminary interviews of potential team members
• Leads the hiring flow and recruitment process. scheduling interviews, extending job offers, and finally bringing in talent onboard
• Arranges travel (if needed) and acts as a liaison between the company and the applicant
• Assists in crafting job postings and employment ads
• Communicates regularly with hiring managers on status of open positions to refine requirements for qualified candidates
• Provides weekly progress reports for all open positions
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
• Champions the candidate experience

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare talent acquisition doing full lifecycle recruiting
• 1-2 years of fast-paced business environment scheduling and coordinating; ability to be self-directed and prioritize
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment process to understand position requirements to optimize company fit and candidate selection
• Experience with building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and networks
• Ability to use non-traditional sourcing methods when necessary, including sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, resume databases, networking, Boolean searches, building relationships with outside organizations, referrals, and other methods
• Hands-on experience managing requisitions and candidate workflow using an applicant tracking system
• Keen attention to detail, efficient and highly organized
• Demonstrated ability to be persuasive and compelling in promoting the company, the position, and negotiating job offers
• Familiar with direct sourcing and knowledgeable with ATS systems and MS Office
• Ability to learn the current crisis prevention trends/products in the marketplace

Pay: $55,000 – $60,000 per year (plus bonus)
