Your new role

The Learning & Capability team for our workers compensation business strives for operational excellence as we work closely with our business unit as well as our customer, iCare. With significant growth and a continuously improving industry, our learning requirements grow and adapt all the time.

As our new Learning Evolution Coordinator, not only will you support our L&C teams with their delivery needs but also be an influential voice in the strategy and improvement of the learning delivery. More specifically, your role will include:

• Coordinate and organise learning deliver events, and collateral for new starters, development days and other learning delivery activities
• Initiate and project manage feedback from internal and external stakeholders in relation to learning delivery
• Collate, manage and deliver feedback and opportunities to learning and capability team.
• Triage and manage any issues with learning collateral including e-learnings and online resources.
• Provide administrative support to the team where required

• Previous exposure to a learning environment.
• Experience in collecting & presenting data to a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with varying timelines
